Rim Flow: Limited Warranty Policy

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. Our policies are designed to maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our Collector Grade inventory.

Coverage

Rim Flow warrants its wheels to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and reasonable use for a period determined by the manufacturer (typically 1–3 years from the date of purchase).

• Structural Warranty: Covers failure related to the structural integrity of the wheel (e.g., cracking that is clearly not impact-related).
• Finish Warranty: Covers defects in the original painted, machined, or clear-coated finish (e.g., peeling or bubbling) that are not caused by chemicals, misuse, or harsh cleaning agents.

Exclusions (What Is NOT Covered)

This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Impact damage from potholes, curbing, or road hazards.
• Improper installation, mounting, or use of incorrect hardware.
• Accidents, racing, off-road use, or negligence.
• Damage caused by harsh, acidic, or abrasive chemical cleaners (including most commercial brake dust removers).
• Normal wear and tear, fading, or pitting of chrome/polished finishes over time.

Warranty Claim & Exchange Procedure

Warranty replacement is exclusively processed via product exchange, aligning with our final sale policy.

• No Credit Card Refunds: Under no circumstances will a credit card refund or cash refund be issued. All sales are final.
• Exchange for Same Value: If a warranty claim is approved, the customer will receive an exchange product of equal monetary value to the original purchase price.
• Inspection Required: The customer is responsible for shipping the claimed wheel back to Rim Flow for a full inspection. We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not clearly show a manufacturer defect.

Free Worldwide Shipping: All orders totaling $100.00 USD or more automatically qualify for free standard shipping to any location worldwide.

Express Delivery: Transit time is typically 3-5 business days once the order has shipped.

All Sales Final: We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been submitted and confirmed

Value Match: The exchange must be for an item(s) of equal monetary value to the original purchase price. No credit or refund will be given for exchanges of lesser value.

Condition: The original product(s) must be received by Rim Flow in unused, undamaged, and brand-new condition, exactly as shipped. The customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs for the exchange.
